WAYNESBORO—Beginning March 15 Franklin County Veterans Affairs Representative Steve Grace will be coming to American Legion Post 15, 63 E. Main St., on the third Tuesday of each month to assist any veteran with VA affairs. Hours will be from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. either by appointment or walk-in.
