Good Eats at Jubilee
One of our favorite things returned to Jubilee this year.. The food… Too many to try, but here’s what we tried..

Shack’s Q – Competitive BBQ Team and Caterer’s Brisket Nachos

Shack’s Q – Competitive BBQ Team and Caterer. We tried the Brisket Nachos. Tortilla Chips covered in cheese, brisket and bbq sauce. We doctored it up with some more bbq sauce, jalapenos and pickles. $10. It was enough for 2. Chips were crispy, sauce was tangy and the brisket had the smokey flavor we love.

Shack’s Q

Competition BBQ Team and Caterer. Smoking meat in the true sense of BBQ, LOW AND SLOW. Call them at 717-658-9004. Visit them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ShacksQ1

Shuman’s Concessions Cheese steak

We also tried the cheese steak from Shuman’s Concessions. Just the way we like it – oozing with steak and cheese, topped with abundant and juicy peppers and onions. Shuman’s Concessions is a mobile Food, Pretzel, Smoothie vendor that makes the best Sausages from a local farmer.

Come out and visit them at their next event. Call them at 717-729-1267. Visit them on the web at http://www.shumansconcessions.com and on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/shumanssausage
