CHAMBERSBURG–The Cumberland Valley Business Alliance (CVBA) recently announced Lane Thrush, owner of i360 Property Management and realtor at Keller Williams Keystone Realty as the 2022 Business Person of the Year during its Annual Meeting on December 6 sponsored by WellSpan Health.
Thrush was chosen as the recipient for his exceptional business accomplishments, leadership experience and extensive community involvement. Given annually, the nominees are evaluated on the most recent 10-year period and must have managed a business in the Cumberland Valley area for a minimum of five years.
“Economic growth and development in the Cumberland Valley can be directly attributed to the teams that Lane is part of,” said Bill Kick, chair of the CVBA Board of Directors. “Our area and community is more prosperous because of Lane, and we are honored to present the Business Person of the Year award to him.”
Thrush has been a top producing, award-winning real estate agent and broker in Franklin County for more than 35 years. He leads the team at Keller Williams in Chambersburg focusing on residential sales, new home construction, farms, land for development and industrial opportunities.
i360 Property Management is owned by Thrush and includes a team of 20 employees that manage over 3,000 doors in six Pennsylvania counties and two counties in New York. The business offers management for residential and commercial properties, student housing, storage units and Homeowners Associations.
Helping the community is a top priority for Thrush as he is a long-standing board member and treasurer for The Gospel Tide and previously served on the Chambersburg Area Development Corp. Thrush is also on the Cumberland Valley Regional Development Corp. board, which created the United Business Park in Shippensburg that has helped many businesses flourish in the area.
Beyond his board roles, Thrush serves on a property committee for Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County. He is also a trustee for Child Evangelism Fellowship and serves in a leadership role at Open Door Church. In addition, Thrush helps area nonprofits by offering his moving van free of charge and annually leads a work crew to pick up bulky trash items for senior citizens.

The Cumberland Valley Business Alliance is a partnership between the Chambersburg and Greencastle-Antrim chambers of commerce. The Business Person of the Year Award has recognized leaders since 1987 with nominations submitted from business and community leaders.
