Sterling Financial Management Adds of Four New Staff Members

HAGERSTOWN, MD—Sterling Financial Management, Inc. announces the
addition of four new staff members and the expansion of their firm from two offices to three. Currently
based in Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland, Sterling Financial Management will now have an office in Haymarket, Virginia. New staff members include Forrest Miles, Mitch Neterer, Mary Quilici and Bruce Neterer.


Forrest Miles is the newest private wealth manager to join the firm with over 37 years of experience in
the financial services industry. He will have an office in Haymarket, Virginia. For the past 16 years, Mr.
Miles worked as financial advisor-vice president for PNC Investments in Northern Virginia.
Mitch Neterer serves as a financial advisor assistant in the Hagerstown, Maryland, office helping the
advisors with financial plans, conducting research and completing client paperwork. He previously
interned with the firm from 2016-2019.


Mary Quilici functions as an operations specialist serving the advisors in Hagerstown and Frederick,
Maryland, and Haymarket, Virginia. She has more than 20 years of experience as a financial professional working in financial services as well as the banking industry. For the past four years, Mrs. Quilici served as the branch office administrator at Edward Jones in Hagerstown.


Bruce Neterer joins the Hagerstown, Maryland, team as a financial advisor assistant. He recently
graduated from Penn West of California University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, majoring in finance and economics.
