CHAMBERSBURG–Chambersburg Town Council will meet today, Jan. 9.

All meetings shall be held at 7 p.m. in Council Hall, First Floor, Utility Addition Building,
100 South Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. (Enter through the Rear Parking Lot or
Queen Street Entrance). Any person who needs an accommodation in order to gain access to or
participate in the meetings should call 717-251-2407 prior to the meeting they desire to attend.

    $7,373,050.97.
    5.06 Authorization for Proper Borough Staff to Proceed to Execute a Project Assignment for an Estimated $87,870 with
    GDS Associates Under the Existing General Consulting Services Agreement to Support in an Extensive Electric Rate
    Maintenance Study
    5.07 Authorization for Proper Borough Officials to Execute a Maintenance Agreement with Legacy Properties II, LLC, 245
    Walker Road, for Stormwater Management Structural Best Management Practices as Described in the Borough of
    Chambersburg Storm Sewer Management Program Credit Policy Manual
    5.08 Authorization for Proper Borough Officials to Execute Change Order No. 1 to the Contract Between the Borough of
    Chambersburg and R.A. Hill for the Driveway Entrance Removal and Driveway Entrance Modifications to Aldi at 561
    Gateway Avenue Project. Change Order No. 1 will Delete a Portion of Asphalt Paving at North Entrance and Add Swale
    Curb and Small Swale to Former South Entrance for No Cost Increase to the Contract Amount of $73,000.00, as
