WAYNESBORO — It may be only January, but summer will be here before we know it–only 135 days until Northside Pool opens for the 2023 season.
The pool is currently accepting employment applications for the 2023 season. Front Desk & Concession Stand applicants must be at least 14 years old before the start of the summer.
Lifeguard applicants must be at least 15 years old before the start of the summer. Anyone interested in being a Lifeguard does not need to be certified to apply, we will offer a certification course to all new Lifeguards in May.
The interview process will begin in early March. Anyone interested should try to have applications turned in by the end of February. Applications are available online at waynesboropa.org or can be picked up at the Borough Hall. Completed applications can be turned into the Borough of Waynesboro at 55 E. Main Street or by email at jacob@waynesboropa.org.
