WACCO vs Legion 4/21:  WACCO outlasted Legion 12-2.  Emory A pitched a gem to shutdown the Legion.  Nick C came in to close it out

Owls vs Eagle 4/20:  Owls took the victory on Thursday to the tune of  5-1.  Owls got things started in the first inning on an error.  Owls notched four runs in the third inning as Brayden H and Andrew M, all driving in runs in the frame.  Pitcher Brayden Brayden surrendered zero runs on zero hits over two innings, striking out five and walking one.  Kaiden L for the Eagles surrendered five runs on four hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out four.  Caleb D threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen.  Andrew, Zach B, Palmer D, Brayden, and Conlan K each managed one hit to lead Owls to the win.

VFW vs WACCO 4/19:  WACCO edged the VFW by one run by stealing home in the bottom of the 5th.  Dylan Y lead off the game with a double.  VFW scored 4 in the 3rd to take a 4-3 lead

Wacco came back to tie the game 6-6 before the winning play at the plate.  WACCO started Grady F then brought Mason N in to finish the game.  VFW started Dylan Y then brought in Jordan G in relief and Jake F to close things out.

Legion vs Eagles 4/18:  Eagles beat Legion 15-2.  Eagles opened by batting the order with Lennox B leading off with a walk. Aiden Henderson singled to right moving the runner to third, then took second on pass ball.  Kaiden L grounded out but got the RBI.  Caleb D doubled to right center to score a run.  Easton R walked then moved up on a pass ball.  Noah H hit to the right side of field to score a run.  

In the second, Legion’s Carter B had a hard shot to left center for a double. Gavin S walked and both players moved up on pass ball. Aiden W walked to load the bases for lead off batter Kaden L. who hit a hard line shot right to 2nd baseman for the 3rd out.  Eagles Aiden H had an infield base hit and moved up 2 bases on passed balls.  Kaiden L sacrificed to score the runner.  

Luke R started it up for the Legion in the third with a nice shot to right field.  Lucas S hit a hard shot to left field for a triple scoring a run then another run scored on a pass ball.  The Eagles hitters then took over batting 15 hitters.  Noah H strike out but ended up on first with a drop 3rd strike, taking second on a pass ball. Noah S walked, and the runners moved up on pass ball.  Lennox B got a base hit to score a run, and AIden H singled to score Snivley.  Caleb D hits a double to right side to score a runner, Henderson and lowans.

In the final inning, first batter Gavin S was hit by a pitch.  Brooks S flied out to first in foul territory and stepped on the bag for a double play.  A ground out to the pitcher to ended the game.

Caleb D and Aiden H pitched for the Eagles.  Kaden L was on the mound for Legion.  

Owls vs VFW 4/17:  Owls won a contest against VFW 5-2.  In the first inning, VFW got their offense started when Jake F grounded out, scoring one run.  Owls racked up five hits on the day.  Alex J and Palmer D each managed two hits for the Owls.  Kason S was on the hill for WYL Major League Owls. The righthander surrendered one run on two hits over one inning, striking out two and walking zero.  Dillan Y was on the mound for VFW. The hurler allowed two hits and two runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out five.  Cam C and Jake entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two innings and one and one-third innings respectively.
