Conlan K was bad news for opposing pitchers on Wednesday, driving in four on three hits to lead WYL Major League Owls past Eagles 12-7 on Wednesday.  Conlan drove in runs on a single in the first, a double in the second, a stolen base in the fourth, and a triple in the sixth.

WYL Major League Owls earned the victory despite allowing Eagles to score four runs in the fifth inning.  Kaiden L and Caleb D all drove in runs in the frame.

WYL Major League Owls opened up scoring in the first inning, when Kason S singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.

WYL Major League Owls put up six runs in the second inning.  Alex J, Kason, Conlan, and Zach B each had RBIs in the big inning.

Brayden H led things off on the mound for WYL Major League Owls. The righthander allowed three hits and three runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out four. Caleb was on the pitcher’s mound for Eagles.

Caleb allowed ten hits and ten runs over five innings, striking out six and walking one.  Kaiden threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

WYL Major League Owls collected 13 hits.  Conlan, Zach, Alex, and Brayden all managed multiple hits for WYL Major League Owls.  Zach and Conlan all had three hits to lead WYL Major League Owls.

Eagles had five hits in the game.  Caleb and Kaiden all collected multiple hits for Eagles.

Four runs batted in from Palmer D helped lead WYL Major League Owls past VFW 14-4 on Friday.  Palmer drove in runs on a single in the second, a single in the third, and a double in the fourth.

WYL Major League Owls captured the lead in the first inning.  Zach B’s sac fly scored one run for WYL Major League Owls.

WYL Major League Owls took the lead for good with three runs in the second inning.  In the second Palmer singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, Brayden H singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, and an error scored one run for WYL Major League Owls.

WYL Major League Owls tallied five runs in the fourth inning.  Alex J, Palmer, Kason S, and Brayden each had RBIs in the big inning.

Palmer got the start for WYL Major League Owls. Palmer surrendered four runs on four hits over four innings, striking out nine and walking one.

Dillan Y led things off on the mound for VFW. The pitcher went three innings, allowing nine runs on six hits and striking out six.  Jordan G threw two-thirds of an inning out of the bullpen.

WYL Major League Owls racked up 12 hits in the game.  Brayden, Palmer, and Aiden O all had multiple hits for WYL Major League Owls.  Brayden went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead WYL Major League Owls in hits.

Jake F led VFW with two hits in two at bats.
