BOARD ACTIONS (This is a draft contract list. After review, items may be deleted or added at a Commissioners public meeting.)

1. Aging – Updated contract listing for additional contracts and addendums for Fiscal Year 2022/2023 for the Aging Office. Contract listing is maintained for proper accounting of all contracts to include vendor name and address, type(s) of service provided and rate(s) charged for services.

2. Commissioners – Resolution 2023-10 approving the joinder of Franklin County with and into the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority which affords the current board member with voting rights.

3. Department of Emergency Services – Grant Agreement between the County of Franklin and Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) for the FY2023-2024 Radiation Emergency Response Fund (RERF) Grant in the amount of $6,585.00. The performance period is July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with the full agreement term of July 1, 2023 through July 30, 2024. This grant provides funding for the development, implementation and purchase of supplies needed for a detailed nuclear response plan for areas surrounding nuclear generation facilities.

4. **Drug and Alcohol – Contract between County of Franklin and C.E. Mendez Foundation, Inc. to provide train the trainer services for the Too Good for Drugs K – High School program to be held on August 14 and 15, 2023 at a cost of $5,500.00.

ACT 14, 67, 68 and 127 NOTIFICATIONS

In accordance with PA Act notifications, Hera Environmental notified the County of a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection PAG-03 NPDES general permit being applied by BWise Trailers for an existing utility trailer manufacturing facility with existing stormwater discharges on property located in Chambersburg Borough.

In accordance with PA Act notifications, BJC notified the County of a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection NPDES renewal permit being applied by Deerwood Community Homeowners Association for the WWTP facility on property located in Montgomery Township.
