CHAMBERSBURG–Franklin County Commissioners will meet today, Aug. 23, beginning at 11 a.m. in the administration building. The agenda is as follows:

BOARD ACTIONS (This is a draft contract list. After review, items may be deleted or added at a Commissioners public meeting.)

1. Adult Probation – Supervision Funds Agreement between the County of Franklin and Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Division of Court Services to receive funds relative to Supervision Funds for the period of January 20, 2022 through June 30, 2027. This agreement would be Pursuant to Section 27 of Act 59 of 2021.

2. **Commissioners – Change Order #002 from Lobar, Inc. for the Franklin County Courthouse Annex Renovation Project general construction for door and hardware revisions for an increased amount of $5,299.09.

3. **Commissioners – Change Order #003 from Lobar, Inc. for the Franklin County Courthouse Annex Renovation Project general construction for revisions at reception 302 and elevator lobby 363 for a decreased amount of $511.00.

4. **Commissioners – Homeowner Assistance Fund Vendor Acknowledgement from PA Housing Finance Agency to authorize the County Taxing Authority to implement procedures necessary to administer the funds of the American Rescue Plan Act, Homeowner Assistance Fund. This fund allows for financial assistance to homeowners for delinquent qualified expenses related to mortgages and housing.

5. Commissioners – Resolution No. 2023-15 to file a formal application, match commitment and business plan for a Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Grant in the amount of $500,000.00 to support renovation costs to restore the historic Patrick Gass House located in Guilford Township. The match commitment is $500,000.00.

6. Coroners – Quote from Jennings Chevrolet for purchase of a 2023 GMC Acadia AWD vehicle at a cost of $41,656.00. Quotes were requested with only one responsive quote received.

7. **Department of Emergency Services – Quote from Medical Priority Dispatch Corp. DBA Priority Dispatch for the seven current emergency dispatch protocol software licenses, service and support renewal in the amount of $26,880.00 for the period of September 12, 2023 through September 11, 2024. This software provides the required protocols needed for Telecommunicators to dispatch fire, EMS and police calls. It also allows the Quality Assurance Coordinator to review 911 calls, as required by PEMA, to ensure proper protocol standards.

8. Information Technology Services – Quote from Dell for the remainder of the annual computer bulk order at a cost of $89,329.99. This includes regularly scheduled equipment replacement of old computer hardware.

9. **Jail – Agreement between the County of Franklin and Axon Enterprise, Inc. to replace the existing TASERS with TASER 7 at a total cost of $40,134.00 for the period of August 23, 2023 through August 22, 2027. This purchase includes the new start-up package for the Taser 7 including: weapon, magazine, flashlight, sights, CID, logs and dock etc. This company is on state contract pricing.

10. Planning – Housing Trust Fund Grant Agreement between the County of Franklin and Noah’s House, Inc. to provide Housing Trust funds in the amount of $13,000.00 to support Noah’s House and Gracie’s Place bringing their residences up to new standards set by Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol. This agreement is for the period of August 23, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
