Franklin County Businesses Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

CHAMBERSBURG- Several businesses in Franklin County recently hosted ribbon cutting ceremonies to celebrate their grand openings or new ownership.

  • Golden Juniper Boutique held a ribbon cutting and open house on Friday, Aug. 25, at their new location at 23 North Main Street in Downtown Chambersburg. The boutique offers curated, quality and timeless clothing and accessories for women, men and littles.
  • Lotus Moon Gallery & Yoga held a ribbon cutting and 10 year anniversary celebration on Friday, Aug. 25, at their location at 1055 Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg. The gallery and yoga studio offers a variety of classes and workshops, as well as art exhibits.

The following businesses have ribbon cutting ceremonies scheduled:

  • The Early Learning Center / First Start Partnerships for Children & Families will hold a grand opening ribbon cutting celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 29 from 4-6 p.m. at their new location at 2071 Lincoln Way East in Chambersburg. The center provides early learning programs for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
  • Chambersburg Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation will hold a ribbon cutting celebration on Sep.7, from 12-1 p.m. at their new location at 1070 Stouffer Avenue in Chambersburg. The facility offers a variety of services for seniors, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care.
  • Blackjacket Munitions will hold an open house and ribbon cutting on Sept. 9, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at their new location at 1398 Buchanan Trail West in Greencastle. The store offers a variety of firearms, ammo, accessories, and gunsmithing services. The ribbon cutting will be held at 10 a.m.
  • Chatty Chameleon will hold a ribbon cutting for their new Studio on Sept. 23, from 12-12:30 p.m. at their location at 27 Center Square in Greencastle. The Studio offers a variety of artistic projects for everyone to enjoy, including Paint Your Own Pottery, glass fusion, pysanky, jewelry, and picture frames.

These ribbon cutting ceremonies are a way for these businesses to celebrate their new beginnings and to welcome the community. They are also a way to show support for local businesses and to encourage people to shop local.
