The community includes 24 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom townhomes. Each townhome has a garage.  Each home is one or two stories with a front porch, rear patio, garage, and driveway; the two-bedroom units will have vaulted living/dining rooms ceiling and the three-bedroom units have a bonus area for play/study.

“We continue to look for more opportunities to bring this much-needed service of affordable housing to our area,” said Zehler.
