The youth football regular season has come and gone and so, too, did the opening round of the postseason last weekend.

While many teams from the Local.News area saw their seasons come to an end, there are still four squads that are still alive in the postseason, and they need just two more wins to reach the top of their respective mountains.

The Chambersburg Trojans have two teams still kicking in the CFA Youth Football League Federal Conference playoffs. The Chambersburg Pony team, seeded No. 3, opened with a 12-7 win over No. 6 Swatara, while the No. 2-seeded Trojans’ Midget team squashed No. 7 Carlisle by a 37-0 score.

In the Keystone Youth Football and Cheerleading League, the Hamilton Jaguars have JV and Varsity division teams still dancing in the postseason. Hamilton’s No. 2-seeded JV team opened its playoffs with a 25-0 win over No. 7 Mercersburg, while the Jaguars’ No. 2 Varsity squad posted a 30-0 victory over No. 7 FSK.

This weekend marks the semifinal round of the postseason for both the CFA and KYFCL.

Below is a team-by-team glance at how local squads have performed this season:
