CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.

Jim Kellum has been hired as Senior Commercial Services Relationship Manager.

Kellum will develop and manage a commercial lending portfolio in Berks County; pursue new commercial lending opportunities from current and prospective customers; and maintain ongoing relationships with current customers.

Kellum previously was a team leader for Univest Financial Corporation.

Kellum is based at F&M Trust’s regional headquarters in Harrisburg.

Richard Scott has been hired as Senior Mortgage Loan Officer.

Scott will develop and manage a mortgage portfolio and pursue new mortgage opportunities from current and prospective customers, home builders, and real estate agents in the Greater Capital Region.

Scott previously was a mortgage banker for S&T Bank.

The Lititz resident is based at F&M Trust’s mortgage center in Camp Hill.

Markayla Burgan has been hired as Loan Servicing Specialist.

Burgan will perform various duties related to the processing of new, existing, and paid loans; reconcile and disburse payments to vendors; and provide customers and loan officers with support and assistance related to loan questions.

The Greencastle resident previously provided in-home childcare.

Monica Butler has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Ritner Highway Community Office.

Butler will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office.

The Boiling Springs resident previously was an assistant manager for Mid Penn Bank.

Angela Reibsane has been hired as Loan Officer Assistant.

Reibsane will support the bank’s mortgage loan officers through the entire loan origination process, managing workflow to keep the process moving efficiently.

Reibsane previously was a loan officer assistant for S&T Bank.

The Gardners resident is based at F&M Trust’s mortgage center in Camp Hill.

Ashlee Rivera has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Orbisonia Community Office.

Rivera will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office.

Rivera previously was a sales and service associate at Hometrust Bank in Shelby, North Carolina.

Shon Baldwin has been promoted to Compliance and Security Support Specialist.

Megan Edwards has been promoted to Risk Management Specialist.

Lexi Johnson has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Philadelphia Avenue Community Office.
