GETTYSBURG- The Farmhouse Restaurant & Barn Resort, situated at the former Boyd’s Bear Country Barn property in Gettysburg, is set to open its doors on March 31, Easter Sunday. This exciting venture, spearheaded by owner and CEO Brian Smith, promises a unique experience for visitors. The property, sprawling across 130 acres, is currently undergoing renovations to transform it into a multifaceted destination featuring a restaurant, hotel lodging, bar, and resort amenities.

Grand Opening Details

The grand opening event on March 31 will run from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering guests an Easter Dinner experience. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting (717)334-7580. Following the grand opening, the Farmhouse Restaurant will operate from Monday to Saturday between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Features and Offerings

Aside from the culinary delights at the restaurant, visitors can explore additional attractions such as a gift shop, Cellar 75 bar, and an arcade for entertainment. The property’s ambiance promises a blend of history and modern amenities, making it an ideal spot for families and tourists alike.

Pricing

For the Easter Dinner event on March 31, adult tickets are priced at $26.95 while children aged 12 and under can enjoy the meal for $14.95. Moreover, the gift shop and game room will also be open during this special occasion.

Looking ahead, The Barn Resort within the property is gearing up for its own grand opening in the near future.
