Stress Management Workshop Offered

CASCADE, Md.– The University of Maryland Extension is hosting a free stress management workshop on June 13 at the Fort Ritchie Community Center. Lisa McCoy, an educator with over 10 years of experience teaching stress management and mindfulness skills, will present ways to recognize stressors, manage stress, and improve work-life balance. The one-hour session, titled “Live a Better Life,” runs from 6-7 p.m. EDT at 14421 Lake Royer Dr. in Cascade.
