GREENCASTLE — The second annual Greencastle Grub & Pub Festival, sponsored by F&M
Trust, is set for Saturday, Sept. 21, organized by the Greencastle-Antrim
Chamber of Commerce.

“We had a great response to last year’s event, so this year we sought out different types of food
vendors to give a larger range of tastes for people who like to try something new,” said Debby
Cunningham, Chamber Director. “We have vendors with traditional items like burgers, pizza
and barbecue, but we also have vendors offering Asian, Greek, Indian and Mexican dishes on
their menus.”

Food truck vendors include ACE Smoked Meats, Asian Fusion Elite, Balkan Traditions, Cheese
Please Food Truck, The Carving Board of Chambersburg, FN Flatbreads, Gerber Burger, Keeping It Smokin’ BBQ, Kickin’ Rooster Chicken Sandwiches, Kona Ice of Martinsburg, Maddie Ann’s Perogies, The Moo, Paper Moon Waffles Co., RC Herr LLC Milkshakes, Roll Time, Scoreboard Beverages/Sweet Rollers, Taqueria Vicente and Wednesday Coffee Company.

Snack vendors include Blackout Nuts and Pretzels, 4 Herbs & 7 Spices Ago, Smitty’s Snacks, and The Condiment Station.

For those over 21 with an ID, there will be a Pub Garden with local vendors, including Cold Spring Hollow Distillery, Hidden Key Brewing Co., Rough Edges Brewing and Screaming Bambinos Cellars.

“Food vendors will be located in the northern part of the Square, along North Carlisle Street and
in The Life Center Parking Lot. The Pub Garden area will be in the parking lot next to the
Franklin Building. We’ll have high-top tables scattered throughout the event, and we have a
‘Grub Truck Cafe’ area sponsored by WellSpan Health with picnic tables so families have a
space to sit down. We’ll also have an area where people can set up their lawn chairs to watch
the performers.”

Live Music starts at 11 a.m. with the band Out of Line, followed by Jason Teach at 1 p.m. The Hot
Fun Band will be playing from 3 to 6 p.m. The event is rain or shine and will be held from 11 a.m.
to 6 p.m.

“Showcasing the businesses remains the main focus behind this event. We have some new
businesses in town since last year’s event. In addition to the retail businesses, the Greencastle
Market Day will be taking place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Shop and Consign & Collect Co.,
which is just one block east of the festival,” Cunningham said. “This is a day to come to town to
shop, eat, meet up with friends, and enjoy the entertainment.”

North Carlisle Street will be closed to traffic between the Square and Madison Street starting at
9 a.m. to accommodate set-up and pedestrian safety and re-open at 6 p.m. Details about the
event are available online at: https://tinyurl.com/grubpub2024.

Serving the area since 1955, the Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce helps members by promoting economic prosperity and community vitality and is a proud partner of the
Cumberland Valley Business Alliance.
