FCADC President Mike Ross explained, “We do this each year because it is an opportunity to show respect to all businesses in Franklin County which make up the foundation of the community.”  A total of 416 people attended this year’s event representing county businesses; county, township and borough leadership; and others interested in and essential contributors to the economic wellbeing of the county.

In addition to entertainment and dinner, FCADC honored two businesses selected by the FCADC awards committee:  the Small Business and the Large Business of the Year. The winner of the 30th Annual Zane A. Miller Award also was announced.

Derwood Martin received the reward and offered thanks to the many people who have made Martin Custom Farming a success over many years. Kirk Martin received the reward for DHM.  He expressed gratitude and humility for the selection.
