HAGERSTOWN – The City of Hagerstown has officially welcomed its newly elected officials for the 2024-2028 term. On Nov. 25, Mayor William McIntire and the City Council members took their oath of office in a ceremony led by Kevin Tucker, clerk of the Circuit Court. The council members include Kristin B. Aleshire, Caroline Anderson, Erika Bell, Tiara Burnett and Sean Flaherty. City staff members said they look forward to collaborating with this elected body to foster growth and development in Hagerstown over the next four years.
