Mr. William H. “Bill” Ford, 70, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at his home.

Born August 20, 1954, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Robert and Nancy (Lockard) Ford.

Bill grew up in Arbutus, MD, lived in Laurel, MD until he moved to St. Thomas, PA, in 1997. In 2003, he moved to Waynesboro. He married Teresa “Terry” (Christman) Ford on March 13, 1983.

He worked as a typewriter mechanic and he did work as an amateur photographer, taking pictures for weddings etc.

He was a fan of the Baltimore Colts and Miami Dolphins. Besides photography, Bill loved to shoot pool. He will be remembered for his onery, stubborn, bull-headed personality, but he was also the most affectionate person you could meet! He fiercely loved his family with all of his heart!

In addition to his wife, Terry, he is survived by two sons: Robert T. “Bobby” Ford and his wife, Amber of Waynesboro and William M. “Billy” Ford and his wife Tabby; four grandchildren: Bobby’s twin daughters: Jade and Sapphire and Billy’s daughters: Raven and Willow and one brother, Brian Ford of VA.

Services will be private, at the convenience of the family.
