Mr. Chadd E. Diehl, 53, of Greencastle, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025.
Born September 25, 1971, in Waynesboro, PA, he was the son of Charles Diehl and Kathy Ehrhart.
Chadd was a proud graduate of Greencastle-Antrim High School, Class of 1991.
Chadd’s presence was a gift to anyone who knew him. His infectious “giggle laugh” was a sound that could fill a room with warmth and joy, leaving everyone around him with a smile. His fun-loving, sweet nature made him a true delight to be around, and his laughter was as much a part of him as his love for life. Whether he was spending time with family or cruising down the open road on his Harley, Chadd’s zest for life was unmistakable. He loved his freedom, especially when surrounded by his Harley buddies, but always made room for the people who mattered most.
Chadd will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were touched by his kindness and laughter.
In addition to his parents Kathy Ehrhart and Charlie Diehl, Chadd is survived by his stepmother Debby Diehl, aunts, Trina Marshall and Karen Ehrhart; uncle, Randy Ehrhart; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents: Merle and Dottie Ehrhart, Bruce and Geraldine Diehl; his aunt, Cindy Gill; and his cousin, Josh Marshall.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
