David Paulnock, 69, passed away December 10, 2024 at home. He was born October 22, 1955, in Warner Robins, GA, the son of the late Col. Eugene Paulnock and his wife Joyce. During his attendance at Lampeter Strasburg High School, he was the class photographer and a member of Track and Field and Cross-Country teams. He was a 1973 District Track winner. He served in the United States Air Force as a Sargent and photographer during the Vietnam Era. David then continued his education at Millersville University. He was a successful salesman in the advertising and print industry retiring in 2008. David was an avid Sportscar enthusiast who obtained his professional race car driving license. He restored and owned 44 sports cars. His lifelong interest in the Air Force carried through to his hobby of collecting model airplanes and airplane memorabilia. He was an active supporter of conservation of migrating hawks and raptors. David is survived by his wife, Michelle, with whom he traveled extensively visiting 48 countries, and his sister Cheryl Bonner (Joe) from NH. One of his favorite past times was planning weekend road trips in his vintage sportscars. A memorial service will be held 1:30 pm, Tuesday, January 7, 2025, with a visitation one half hour prior at Sellers Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc.
