Mrs. Francine L. (Ridenour) Oldham, 80, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 in her home.

Born August 12, 1945 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Francis G. Ridenour and Mabel Grace (Lowans) Stitely.

Mrs. Oldham was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School with the Class of 1964. She later attended Waynesboro Business College for one year.

She and her husband of almost 56 years, Delmos E. Oldham, were married on January 11, 1970.

In her early life, Mrs. Oldham was a machine operator at the Waynesboro Knitting Mill. After her husband became the tax collector in 1997, she became a secretary in the tax office.

She attended Grace Baptist Church, Waynesboro

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Oldham is survived by one son, Delmos E. “Eddie” Oldham, Jr. (fiancé – Wendy Jones) of Waynesboro; two grandchildren, Orion Oldham and Hayden Oldham; great-grandson, Brian Gentry; sister, Sherry R. Geyer of Herndon, VA; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father who raised her, Robert G. Stitely; and one sister, Aneeda M. Miller.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
