Mrs. Helen A. (Naugle) Wagaman, 90, of Mont Alto, PA, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024 in Laurel Lakes Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Chambersburg, PA.

Born April 24, 1934 in Waynesboro, PA, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Naugle and Alverta (Monn) Naugle Matthews.

She and her husband, the late Richard E. Wagaman, were married October 21, 1950. The were together for almost 46 years when he passed away September 16, 1996.

Mrs. Wagaman was a homemaker and member of Mont Alto Fire Hall Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed flowers – especially growing her roses, going for rides through the mountains and crocheting.

Mrs. Wagaman is survived by one daughter, Carol Ann Kintzel of Mont Alto; four sons, Randulph “Randy” Wagaman of Waynesboro, Raymond Wagaman of Fort Loudon, PA, Lawrence “Ed” Wagaman of Chambersburg and Crawford Wagaman of Mont Alto; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Hartman of Carlisle, PA and Jackie Baer of Waynesboro; one brother, Gilden “Pete” Naugle of Waynesboro; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Milton R. Wagaman; and siblings, Kenneth Naugle, Annalee Ridenour, Conrad Naugle and Alfred Naugle.

Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro with Mr. Larry Fritz officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, near Quincy, PA.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday evening, in the funeral home.
