Pamela Diane (Davis) Hebb, age 70, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2025, in Waynesboro, PA.

She was born on July 23, 1955, in Newport News, Virginia, to the late Derward Davis and Evalina Davis (Hamrick) of Smithsburg, Maryland.

Pamela was the beloved wife of Robert G. Hebb Jr., and together they shared 46 years of a love that remained steadfast through every season of life, a love without end, amen. To her husband, she was truly “three times a lady,” cherished, admired, and loved above all.

She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose life centered around caring for those she loved.

Pamela was a proud graduate of Smithsburg High School, Class of 1973. For 35 beautiful years, she poured her heart into her calling as a Pre-K teacher, lovingly shaping young hearts and minds with patience, creativity, and gentle guidance. To Pamela, teaching was never just a job — it was an extension of who she was. She created magical classrooms filled with warmth, encouragement, and joy, and she treasured every child who passed through her care as if they were her own. The lives she touched through her teaching will forever be part of her legacy.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert G. Hebb Jr. of Waynesboro, PA; her four daughters: Amber Hebb-Conner and husband Richard Conner of Waynesboro, PA; Calley Hebb of Waynesboro, PA; Lindsay Hebb and husband James Stonesifer of Waynesboro, PA; and Meggie Hebb of Mont Alto, PA. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: AJ LaRue, Jase Smith, and Olivia Hebb-Stonesifer.

Pamela is also survived by her siblings: Vickie Davis of Sharpsburg, MD; Dave Davis and wife Shelby of Hagerstown, MD; and Terry Davis and life partner Judy of New Jersey. She was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Pamela was preceded in death by a beloved son, Joshua; her sister, Sandra Neal; her parents-in-law, Robert Hebb Sr. and Ella Mae Hebb; her niece, Katie Davis; and her great-niece, Holli.

Pamela found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life. She loved camping and spending time in nature, sitting on the steps with a good book, and tending to her garden. She cherished attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting and school events, creating her own lesson plans, and inspiring young minds in the classroom. Pamela also enjoyed sitting by the fireplace, reconnecting with old friends, going out dancing, and taking family vacations to Myrtle Beach. She delighted in decorating for the holidays, teaching her children how to cook, listening to 70s disco music, playing FarmVille, and collecting snowmen. She loved creating joyous, memorable moments and always found a way to make people laugh. She carried a quiet grace, always seeing the good in others and encouraging the best in everyone around her.

Above all, she treasured spending time with family and friends, delighting in their love, the precious moments of togetherness, and the bonds that made life so meaningful.

Pamela’s spirit was like a sunflower, bright, steadfast, and full of life. She will be remembered for always turning toward the light, offering warmth, strength, and quiet beauty to everyone around her. She stood tall through life’s storms, radiated love freely, and nurtured her family with deeply rooted, unwavering devotion. She now dances freely among the flowers in heaven, her love blossoming in every heart she touched. She will continue to shine on all who knew her, and her legacy will bloom through the lives she treasured so dearly.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday evening, in Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, PA.
