Ms. Pamela J. Wagner, 76, of Waynesboro, PA, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025 in Quincy Village.
Born July 11, 1949 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late William K. “Bill” and E. Winifred (Fox) Wagner.
Pamela was a graduate of Waynesboro High School with the Class of 1967.
She was a longtime employee of the Department of Agriculture and Mack Truck Manufacturing. She volunteered tirelessly for victims of rape as well as with the Lions Club.
She was a kind, strong-willed woman who was known for her blunt honesty. She was a dedicated caregiver to her longtime companion, Ned and his family who she loved dearly. Pam loved traveling on bus trips and treasured time spent with Ned, enjoying simple things like watching television together at home. She had a deep loved for cats, especially her feline companion, Margo who passed away and her cat, Lucille. Her late dog, Elsie also held a special place in her heart.
Pamela is survived by her devoted companion of 18 years, Mr. Ned Brown; his children who she loved like her own, April K. Hann and Ty Brown and his wife, Xiomara; her grandson, Emmett Brown; best friends Trudy Halterman and Donna Boyce; and a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service is being planned and will be announced shortly.
