Pamela Sue Pentz, 51, of Greencastle, PA, passed away peacefully at her home on May 10, 2025, alongside her beloved companion of 28 years, George Scott Schafer.
Born on June 30, 1973, in Greencastle, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jane Pentz and stepdaughter of Jerry Kesselring of Greencastle.
Pamela was a devoted mother to her son, George Thomas Schafer, who survives her. Her family was the heart of her world, and she cherished every moment spent with them. A Catholic by faith, Pamela found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She was passionate about music, with a love for artists like Prince and Mötley Crüe, and had a deep appreciation for art. Her vibrant personality shone through in her work as a waitress, where she served with a smile at Sunny Way Diner and other local restaurants in the Greencastle area for many years.
Pamela’s legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
